AfriqueLand is a land and parcel mapping platform for Africa, in the spirit of LandGlide, built around one promise: every parcel record you see can be traced back to its source.

A buyer, agent, lender or surveyor opens the map, finds a plot by address, coordinates, owner or plot number, and gets a clear parcel card: who holds it, how that holding is evidenced, what encumbrances or conflicts are on record, and how far the record has been verified.
Our long term goal is to become the trusted first stop for land due diligence across West Africa, beginning in Abuja, Nigeria, where the Federal Capital Territory already maintains a digital land information system.

Append only chain of title
Ownership is an ordered list of events: allocation, transfer, mortgage, release, dispute. The current holder is always derived from the latest event, never typed over.
Every claim carries its source
Each event and document shows how it is proven: a registry record, a surveyor certificate, a court document, or a partner check.
Conflicts surfaced, not hidden
Double sales, overlapping boundaries and open disputes appear as visible flags on the parcel card.
Full audit trail
Every change to a record is logged with who made it and when. No record is shown as verified without a named verifier and a date.
